TOP-SQUEEZE™ is a new millennium product, designed to offer effective sealing action to fractured formations, vugular formations and severely depleted sand zones. TOP-SQUEEZE™ will effective increase the formation integrity and improve the casing seat
pressure test values.
TOP-SQUEEZE™ forms a strong seal which is extremely resistant to trip and pressure surge. The seal is formed quicker than conventional L.C.M. products, as the process of dehydration causes the seal to be set and is controlled by the well bore temperature and the column of fluid, which exerts substantial hydrostatic pressure against the TOPSQUEEZE™ pill.
There are no activators, accelerators or retarders required in the process. All the components required are included in the TOP-SQUEEZE™ package.

Determine the appropriate pill volume requirements. In most scenarios, a pill volume of 100 bbls should be considered sufficient and minimum. In large well bores, and in situations where the loss is extreme or total, a greater pill volume is recommended. As a rule of thumb, consider approximately 50% of the pill volume to be dehydrated and dewatered, as the seal is formed in and through the well bore.
TOP-SQUEEZE™ is designed to be mixed utilizing the drilling rig mixing tanks, hopper and centrifugal pumps, and down hole placement can be handled using the rig pumps.
Depending on the rig site situation, the mixing and pumping operations can be expedited through the use of a rental mixing tank and a pump truck or skid unit.

TOP-SQUEEZE™ is recommended mixed in Drill Water. For quicker and more trouble-free mixing, fresh to slightly brackish drill water is recommended. Sea water to salt water will inhibit the quick dehydration and dewatering effects, and is not recommended.
Light Density Formulation – For a typical 100 bbl pill, Add 70 bbls Drill Water, 7 pallets of TOP-SQUEEZE™ and 4 pails of FOAM-BLOCK™ defoamer. Add barite to achieve the desired pill density. Sealing effectiveness is increased proportionally through increasing fluid densities.
Normal Density Formulation – For a typical 100 bbl pill, Add 75 bbls Drill Water, 5 pallets of TOP-SQUEEZE™ and 3 pails of FOAM-BLOCK™ defoamer. Add barite to achieve the desired pill density.
TOP-SQUEEZE™ is packaged in 1600 lb, full pallet units with 40 sacks weighing 40 lbs each, for ease in use and aimed at reducing the potential for damage to typical opened pallets.
